Life is about balance - as is fitness. Not even I am as “strict” as you might be led to believe…I admit to being disciplined, meaning, I lllove working out (strength-training+dance!) and staying healthy and at the top of my game because my body and psyche demand it. I push myself because I know that that is what it takes, ladies and gents…— HAVING SAID THAT, I do know how to relax a bit and enjoy caramel corn with my Star Trek TOS/TNG rerun marathons 👍👾(I ADORE popcorn and consider myself somewhat of a connoisseur…). Live a little…without going overboard - can actually make it easier to stick to your goals. It’s possible to be “all in” AND have a treat every now and again - GEESH!

Tonight I have an event to go to - considering doing something drastic hair-wise, but it all depends… Gloves by Femme Fitale Fitness

@ohilyssa: Alright, so as I mentioned: ITS PEAK WEEK. Here was 7 days out from my last show vs. 7 days out from this show. I was 129lbs on the left and I am 134lbs meow (5’10”). I was restrictive, starving and clean eating on the left. I am full, fed and following IIFYM meow. I was exhausted, depleted and nervous on the left. I am still all of those things 🐱 but much healthier haha! Gains were made and now I am walking in LEANER with MORE muscle because I took the time to repair my relationship with food, push my metabolism and love my body through every stage. I live a life of flexibility and moderation. I lift heavy. I eat Oreos. I have no fear. Thank you to each and every one of you who have supported my journey. I hope to make you proud. Will you join me on October 11 (one week from today) in eating ICE CREAM to support me? It will be my first meal after I walk off stage and I want to share in that moment with you all!
